As Managing Partner, I am spearheading the Bharat Bhoomi Fund, INR 2000 Cr Category II AIF under the Pantomath Group, with a mandate to unlock long-term value from India's real asset market.
My role encompasses the fund's end-to-end strategy, from design and capital raising to deployment and asset management. I am also a key contributor to the Pantomath Group's strategic initiatives, driving its growth to become a global leader in the financial services industry.
Fund Strategy & Deployment: Leading the curation of a portfolio of clean, compliant, and development-ready land parcels for residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-growth sectors like warehousing and data centers.
Investor Relations & Capital Raising: Articulating the fund's value proposition to attract and secure commitments from domestic and international investors.
Strategic Leadership: Providing strategic counsel to the Pantomath Group's leadership, leveraging my experience from global institutions to guide the firm's expansion and value creation initiatives.
